Council Member Kevin C. Riley in collaboration with Senator Jamaal T. Bailey and Assembly Speaker Carl E. Heastie will be hosting a Rain Barrel distribution at Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center.

Pick up for reserved barrels will be between 3PM-5PM.

After 5PM, barrels will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
