The Production Corps training program is a paid training opportunity open to ages 16-21, with an interest in learning stage production skills and "what happens behind the scenes and beyond the stage".
The program is an intensive summer program, running from July 1 through August 21, 2025.
During the program, participants will:
- Train with professional technicians, production crew and artists
- Apply training in hands-on work opportunities during Mind-Builders' ongoing summer classes and public events
- Take field trips to different arts organizations and performing venues
- Learn various practical skills in stage, sound, lighting as well as performing and event logistics.
Interested participants must apply by the deadline below. Previous experience in performing arts or production training not required, but always a plus!

Applicants under the age of 18 must be able to complete/demonstrate work papers. Applicants over 18 must be able to complete I9/Employment verification forms.
